Rockwall Architect

Since it’s inception in 1999, the architectural firm of Seitz Architects, Inc., has been serving the private and public sectors of the construction industry.  By maintaining a small integrated organization with a flexible, professional staff, the principal is in a position to devote his personal attention to all aspects of design development, production of the construction drawings and specifications, field supervision, and client contracts.

Through the personal involvement of the principal in all commissions undertaken by the firm, the client is assured of continual consideration in all architectural and economic factors.

The firm prides itself on creating projects within an established budget without sacrificing aesthetic goals.  The philosophy of the firm centers on the belief that aesthetic solutions are always achievable, even within the most modest of budgets.  Careful planning and proper use of materials make the most modest dreams achievable, while complete detailing and specifications ensure the success of the project.
